Acceptance
By downloading or using IssueFolio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
IssueFolio is licensed to you for your own professional use. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and to take responsibility for the accuracy of the reports you produce.
Purchases
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Apple's terms apply to the transaction. Pro can be restored on a new device with the same Apple ID.
Intellectual property
IssueFolio and its design, templates, and code remain the property of their authors. The reports you create with the app belong to you.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for backing up your data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the authors of IssueFolio are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
